As the follow-up to the previous campaign, MGA wanted to continue to reflect their ‘Standing by you’ positioning while further enhancing the level of authenticity needed to connect with their audience.
Floodlight conducted research with MGA Brokers across regional Australia to identify what mattered most to their clients, identifying a key point-of-difference. The solution was to go ‘BIG’ -showcasing real brokers (not actors) with their clients, discussing insurance incidents commonly experienced across various industries. These incidents, large and small incidents have a ‘BIG’ impact on their businesses and livelihoods, where MGA Brokers make a ‘BIG’ difference through their commitment to local communities.
